This is going to be a night stand / side table, whichever you may call it. It's obviously missing a top and a drawer right now. It's not a complicated piece, but it's special to me because it is the first piece of furniture I made almost completely

It's not a complicated piece, but it's special to me because it is the first piece of furniture I made almost completely by hand using hand tools. Hand planning, joinery, sanding, everything except rough cutting the lumber to size which I used a mitre saw for. #woodworking #handtools #furniture #furnituremaking #wood #nature

Fixing and adjusting these hand planes I got recently. The No. 4 didn't survive. The depth adjust broke on it. So I put it's iron on the No. 5 and at least I got one out of two to work. A bit of sharpening and adjusting and it cuts some nice shavings
